Rebecca Grosz has practiced family law for over a decade. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including domestic contracts, parenting, child and spousal support, and equalization and property, with a focus on complex property, equalization, and support claims including tax, estate, business law and valuation issues. Rebecca advocates for clients through alternative dispute resolution processes, including negotiation, mediation/arbitration and Collaborative Practice, as well as through court process, having appeared at all levels of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal. Rebecca’s practical, results-driven approach and strategy on each file is tailored to each client’s individual needs and desired outcomes. Rebecca prides herself in creative problem solving to achieve solutions to complex family problems. Rebecca’s prior experience working with some of the most highly respected family law lawyers in the province representing clients with a diverse range of personal and professional backgrounds, including ultra-high net-worth families, and her prior experience as a corporate lawyer, are an asset to her practice. Rebecca is certified in Collaborative Practice, is involved in continuing legal education and served as executive member of the Family Law OBA Section for 4 years.
