Based on years of experience working with clients in various industries, Rebecca provides essential business guidance applicable to all aspects of her clients’ business practices. Her clients range from cutting-edge start-up companies seeking guidance on funding opportunities and development of customer-facing agreements to large established companies looking to strategize on expansion opportunities and day-to-day business challenges.
Rebecca works with broadband service providers, cable operators, video programmers, network operators, spectrum licensees, radio and television broadcasters, telecommunications companies, utilities, technology companies, texting platform providers, Software as a Service (SaaS) companies and other highly regulated businesses. Most recently, Rebecca provided strategic counsel to a new market entrant in the broadband and telecommunications space on regulatory requirements for communications providers, and supported contract negotiations for establishing a reseller account for provision of VoIP service. For an innovative video streaming provider and market disrupter, she provided expert guidance on the complexities of the cable compulsory license, and on FCC and U.S. Copyright Office regulations and policy.
