Of counsel to the corporate and transportation practice groups at the Mexico City office. His practice of over 20 years has focused in corporate advice to domestic and international companies, some of them highly regarded in the aviation, bus, cargo industries and telecomm industries and advising as to corporate, financial and regulatory matters. Ricardo has also advised as to major and landmark acquisitions transactions in Mexico, and also as the leading attorney to consortiums participating at key infrastructure projects in Mexico. Ricardo has also advised to major corporations in Mexico and regarding complex entries into Mexico and involving his advice and experience on sensitive regulatory and antitrust issues. Ricardo has lectured in numerous forums in Mexico, United States and Europe as to diverse topics involving Mexican corporate and transportation laws among others. Ricardo has appeared as a leading attorney in Latin America in publication by Chambers and Partners (London).

ASSOCIATIONS

Member of the National Association of Corporate Counsels (ANADE) , The American Bar Association, The International Bar association and the Louisiana State Bar association among others (Passed the Louisiana State Bar Examination in 1996 and therefore, authorized to practice law in the State of Louisiana, USA). Ricardo served as Executive Secretary of the Bomchil Group (2006 – 2014), a network of leading Latin American law firms founded in 1963.
