Rick C. Madden

Rick Madden focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, out-of-court restructurings and securities offerings. He also counsels clients with respect to corporate governance and SEC-reporting requirements and represents private equity firms and companies in connection with acquisitions and other transactions.
