Robert E. "Bob" Kendig

Robert E. Kendig is a shareholder in the Aspen-based law firm Garfield & Hecht, P.C. (G&H),
a full service, AV-rated firm. His practice consists primarily of family law matters including complex and high conflict marital dissolution and parental responsibilities, marital agreements, common law marriage, rights of unmarried cohabitants and similar subjects as well as commercial litigation. He graduated from the University Of Denver College Of Law in 1976 and was a member of the Denver Law Journal and Order of St. Ives. He has frequently lectured on issues related to Family Law and Litigation at accredited continuing legal education seminars. Bob was the author of the Annual Survey of Colorado Law in the area of Family Law from 1989 through 1993 and a Contributing Author, Valuation Strategies in Divorce (2nd Ed.) Wiley Law Publications (1992).
