Mr. Binkley, a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., joined the Firm in 1986 after receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Binkley is a graduate of The University of the South (magna cum laude) in 1981.

Mr. Binkley has over twenty-eight years of experience representing employers and individuals in employment, workers’ compensation, tort, and insurance matters. Mr. Binkley assists and counsels private and public employers in investigations and litigation in the areas of compliance with Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, THRA, and other state and federal employment related laws. In addition, he has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and speaks on employment law and workers' compensation topics. Mr. Binkley chairs the Firm’s Employment Law Practice Group and is a member of the Firm's Tort and Insurance Practice Group.

Mr. Binkley has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the specialties of Employment Law and Workers' Compensation Law. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s trial advocacy skills program and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1986. Mr. Binkley is also admitted to practice in the United States District of Tennessee (Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Binkley is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, National Restaurant and Retail Defense Association, and Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the litigation and labor and employment sections of the Tennessee Bar Association.
