Scarlett draws upon her deep experience as a federal prosecutor to represent clients in a range of matters related to internal investigations, internal risk analysis, government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, regulatory and compliance issues, civil litigation and enforcement actions. Her clients benefit from her wealth of government experience, which allows her to skillfully advocate and achieve favorable results.

For over 12 years Scarlett served as an Assistant United States Attorney working in three different offices – Birmingham, Nashville, and Savannah.
