Scott H. Silver is one of Florida's most prominent workers' compensation litigators. Mr. Silver is a senior equity partner and manages firm operations for the Fort Lauderdale office while maintaining an active litigation and trial caseload. He is a certified expert speaker in the field of workers' compensation who frequently lectures to claims professionals, employers, risk managers, and attorneys with an emphasis on aggressive defense litigation strategy, accelerated claims closure and adjuster ethics.
