Shabaz Nizami

Shabaz Nizami has an extensive background in handling transportation-related legal matters, representing freight carriers and their employees following collisions and other accidents. Much of his previous experience is also in commercial litigation, representing businesses in real estate, labor and employment, contract, and landlord/tenant issues. He’s tried more than a dozen cases to jury verdict and has worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides of the aisle.

Whether it’s to his clients, opposing counsel or the presiding Judge of the Court in which he has a case pending in, those that get to know Shabaz find out that he is as a straight shooter and doesn’t like to waste anyone’s time and efforts on inconsequential matters. After reviewing the facts of a case, he gives his clients the best advice he can and lets them decide where they would like him to steer them based upon his counsel. Clients have frequently come to rely heavily on his candor and “no fluff” way of doing things.

Shabaz understands that it’s the proactive attorneys who are the most successful in litigation and he has a drive to succeed that a few other attorneys can match. He’s tenacious and zealous in pursuit of his clients’ goals. Whether in or out of the office, Shabaz keeps a busy schedule. With three kids, you can often find him either at each of his kids sports games or travelling with his family.
