Stacy is a senior Partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP. Stacy has experience in all areas of civil litigation including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accident claims, long term disability claims, and occupier's liability claims. Stacy is well-known for her client-focused approach in resolving disputes either through skillful negotiation or effective courtroom advocacy.
Stacy has extensive trial experience within and beyond Ontario. Her track record reflects a commitment to delivering results in and out of the courtroom. In 2022, Stacy appeared before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta where she lead a complex and lengthy medical malpractice case resulting from a pediatric injury. She is a passionate and fervent advocate who believes in giving a voice to those that have been wrongfully injured.
Stacy has been voted by her peers as a leading expert in her field in 2022 and 2023 in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory®. In 2021, she was awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, in recognition of the highest level of professional excellence, skill and integrity based on peer and client reviews.
