She provides strategic advice to employers to facilitate visa applications for business visitors, admission of specialized foreign suppliers rendering after-sales services, work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, temporary resident permits, and permanent residence.
Her practice also includes providing guidance to employers on best practices for HR policies involving foreign workers, representing employers during immigration compliance inspections, and providing expert advice to companies during commercial transactions to ensure compliance with immigration programs for foreign workers.
