Stephen Holinski

Stephen Holinski is a partner in Stikeman Elliott's Commercial Real Estate Group.

Stephen’s diverse real estate practice includes all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, structuring of real estate holdings and all aspects of development, with an emphasis on multi-use real estate development projects.

Stephen has worked on a number of significant development projects and gained a particular expertise in the air space subdivision of mixed-use and multi-residential developments, as well as in the development of large phased multi-residential developments pursuant to ground leases.
