Steven E. Gross is Chairman Emeritus of Sills Cummis & Gross. He has served as Chair of the Firm’s Securities and Capital Markets and Banking and Finance Practice Groups. His sophisticated approach to any legal matter has drawn clients to him on a national and international level. Mr. Gross has counseled public companies and senior executives in mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings involving multi-million dollar transactions. In addition, he has advised boards of directors and senior executives on issues such as fiduciary duties, corporate compliance, and government regulatory matters. His banking practice has involved the representation of institutional creditors in public and private debt financings, workouts, and creditors’ rights matters.
