Thomas Benhamou’s practice focuses on complex family and matrimonial matters. He has experience with a wide range of high-net worth and high-conflict cases, and he regularly achieves creative and comprehensive solutions for his clients.
Clients have confidence that Thomas’s diligence, attention to detail, and advocacy will allow them to move forward with financial security and a clear plan for the future. He understands that no two cases are the same, and he carefully listens to his clients to develop a personalized strategy that addresses each client’s concerns and objectives. He has also advised on high-value M&A and finance transactions.
Thomas is admitted to practice in Michigan, Illinois, and Texas. He is also admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Michigan, Northern District of Illinois, and Southern District of Texas, and has been admitted pro hac vice in many other jurisdictions across the country.
