Todd S. Payne is the Managing Partner of Zebersky Payne Shaw Lewenz, LLP. He is Chair of the firm’s Corporate and Healthcare Practice Groups and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Todd represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, and class action/mass tort litigation. Mr. Payne also handles a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business and real estate acquisitions, corporate mergers and buy-outs, corporate formations, payer/provider contracts, as well as contract and lease preparation. Todd has litigated and tried cases ranging from payer/provider disputes on behalf of healthcare clients, to $100 Million aviation disputes, and has handled corporate matters ranging from the formation of entrepreneurial start-ups to large-scale corporate and real estate transactions.

Todd has been recognized in publications such as the Daily Business Review and the National Law Journal as one of the top attorneys in the country. Mr. Payne received is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and is consistently named a Florida “Super Lawyer.”

Mr. Payne served as Vice Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee and on the Rules of Judicial Administration Committee of the Florida Bar. He was also Chair of the Bench and Bar Committee of the Broward County Bar Association and Past President of the University of Miami Law Alumni Association.
