TRACEY L. EPP is a partner in the law firm of Pitblado LLP. She graduated a student of distinction from the University of Winnipeg in 1986 with a B.A. and from the University of Manitoba in 1989 with an L.L.B. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1990. Ms. Epp has extensive experience in Labour/Employment/Human Rights law including provision of day-to-day advice on all related matters, appearing before labour arbitrators, labour boards, administrative tribunals and the courts, drafting and negotiating collective agreements/employment contracts. She was a sessional lecturer for the University of Manitoba lecturing in Employment Law and was an instructor at Red River Community College instructing in Business Law. She is currently legal counsel to the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce sitting on both its Board of Directors and Executive Committee, formerly having sat on the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce Labour Legislation Committee chairing the 1999 Employment Standards Code Sub Committee. In addition, Ms. Epp currently conducts and participates in seminars and talks for various institutions both locally and nationally and is a contributing writer to numerous texts, periodicals, and newsletters on various topics.
