Litigation - Trusts and Estates
Trevor assists clients in a wide array of personal and business legal disputes. Whether evaluating legal options prior to suit, litigating a multi-million-dollar inheritance dispute, pursuing a claim on behalf of a company for breach of contract, or defending a business against false or exaggerated claims, Trevor prides himself on zealously advocating for his clients’ interests while remaining empathetic and clearly communicating throughout the entire process. He understands that many of his clients have not been through the legal process and this can be a stressful and traumatic experience for them.
Having grown up in a large family in rural Wisconsin before attending undergraduate college in Eau Claire, law school in Madison, and settling down in Milwaukee with his wife and two young son, Trevor has a unique ability to relate to his clients regardless of where they live, what they do, and what circumstances they find themselves in.

- Pursuing a civil claim on behalf of a client in his 90s against his child for his son wrongfully titling a property to a trust wherein the son was the beneficiary, as opposed to it being his client’s trust, as was promised.
- Representing a trustee of a trust to uphold the terms of the trust and negotiating the resolution and final distribution of the trust with her brother, who was a beneficiary represented by an attorney.
- Representing a beneficiary of a trust in pursuing relief and claims against a trustee.
- Pursuing claims to have a trust, trust amendment, will, or will codicil declared void on the basis of lack of capacity or undue influence, particularly when elder financial abuse appears to have led to a drastic change to an estate plan.
