Tyler Pate’s experience representing buyers, sellers, and targets in M&A transactions ranging from $5 million to more than $14 billion enables him to provide sound transactional counsel and effectively negotiate on behalf of his clients.

Tyler represents both public and private companies in a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities offerings, private equity deals, and corporate finance transactions. With a focus on the health care sector, he has expertise advising clients on complex transactions throughout the health care industry, most notably physician services, hospitals and health systems, medical device manufacturing, biologics, and health IT. His substantial experience in advising health care providers and investors in physician services transactions includes the ophthalmology, orthopedic, dental, cardiology, urology, gastroenterology, podiatry, and neurology specialties.
