Warren Biro

Warren is a member of the firm's Venture Lending practice, focusing on the representation of lenders and companies in documenting technology, life sciences and middle-market financing transactions, including traditional commercial leveraged debt financings, venture debt financings and bridge loans.

Warren has experience in a broad range of transaction debt finance matters, and advises on asset-based and secured cash flow financing transactions, as well as lending against intellectual property assets.
