Warren earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Christopher Newport University in Virginia, and his juris doctorate from Mercer University in Georgia. Warren is a past member of the Board of Visitors of Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, having served from 2013-2016. Warren is a MLA candidate at the University of Pennsylvania.
Warren is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Georgia and Virginia, and the Court of Federal Claims. Warren has also been admittedpro hac vice in Alabama and Tennessee.
