Dr Wolfgang Breyer is an expert Construction lawyer advising leading Contractors, Engineers and Employers on some of the largest and most prominent construction and infrastructure projects (for e.g. wind parks, hydropower stations, roads and rails (tunnel and overland), offshore energy, power plants, etc.) in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and, of course, Europe.
