Seva Surmei published in Business Franchise Magazine AU/NZ “Franchisor Disclosure – Here’s What You Need To Know”

Congratulations to Seva Surmei for being published in the July/August edition of Business Franchise Magazine with her article "Franchisor Disclosure - Here's What You Need To Know" (page 22-23).

In her article, Seva provides advice to potential franchisees on what to look out for when navigating their way through the due diligence required in the lead up to signing a franchise agreement.

Seva is a committee member and secretary of the Franchise Council of Australia, a committee member of the Women in Franchising group and has been recognised as a leading lawyer in franchise law by Best Lawyers since 2021. In 2022, Seva was also awarded Best Lawyers' "Lawyer of the Year" for franchise law in Adelaide.
