Managing partner Chip Bachara is a licensed general contractor with a degree in Building Construction and experience managing large commercial construction projects, and Todd MacLeod was a construction company owner and project manager before obtaining his law degree.

Bachara and Hugh Higgins are both Board-Certified Construction Lawyers who carry Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" rating and Preeminent Lawyer status.
