– We obtained the first ruling that halted the modification proceeding of an Official Mexican Norm.

– We achieved the first judgement that declared the legal non-existence of the branches of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.

– We litigated the first ruling that declared unconstitutional the order to pay in a forestland compensation.

– We designed successful strategies in more than 100 favorable cases that litigated against the irregular proceedings of environmental authorities.

– We leveraged a 51 billion dollar investment that led to the generation of 6,528 megawatts, out of which 40% is renewable energy.

– We were involved in the authorization of more than 5,500 km of natural gas pipelines and more than 25,000 km of distribution.

– We counseled the most important real estate development in Latin America, located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.

– We obtained the first environmental impact authorization for electromagnetic prospecting projects in the Gulf of Mexico.

– We obtained an environmental impact authorization for a real estate development of 17,000 houses.

– We assessed the social impact of more than 60 conventional or renewable energy and hydrocarbon sector projects.

– We advised projects, with an investment of more than 3.5 billion dollars, on the implementation of the Equator Principles and its compliance report.

– We have carried out diagnosis of indigenous community issues for more than 30 conventional or renewable energy and hydrocarbon sector projects.

– We developed the first social impact assessment for electromagnetic prospecting projects in the Gulf of Mexico.
