Camille assists clients going through divorce who seek to achieve personalized solutions for their families in a private and respectful manner. Since beginning her law practice in Texas in 1990, she has transitioned her focus from divorce litigation to Collaborative Family Law, Mediation, and achieving amicable settlements for her clients. Camille is known for her ability to secure innovative, tailored, and often mutually beneficial outcomes for reorganizing family finances and relationships without court intervention. Her efforts have consistently produced favorable results in property division, financial support, and co-parenting arrangements, all while striving to reduce conflict. Many of her clients come from referrals by former clients and fellow attorneys.
Camille has completed over 250 hours of training in Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. She is a founding member and past Chairperson of Collaborative Divorce Collin County and holds the title of "Master Credentialed Collaborative Professional." She has been included in The Best Lawyers in America for Collaborative Family Law from 2013 to 2025. Additionally, she was honored as the Best Lawyers "2015 Lawyer of the Year, Collaborative Law: Family Law Dallas, Texas" and the Best Lawyers "2019 Lawyer of the Year, Collaborative Law: Family Law Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas."
Camille graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, where she also co-captained the Varsity Women's Tennis Team and received the Hamilton Award for outstanding senior management student. She earned her law degree from Louisiana State University, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Camille was licensed by the State Bar of Louisiana in 1989 (currently inactive) and has been licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 1990.
Before founding her own law practice, Camille served as a Director and Shareholder at the law firm formerly known as Hiersche, Hayward, Drakeley and Urbach, P.C., in Addison, Texas. Prior to that, she worked as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Fred C. Sexton of the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Outside of her professional life, Camille enjoys sports, exercising, reading, and traveling with her husband.
