Founded in 1993, the Firm specializes in labour litigation and counselling for employers. We represent and advise national and multinational companies, as well as government organisms before the Labour authorities and courts.

Our firm is comprised by over 30 members, all experienced in the field, rendering services to over 250 companies in the north-eastern region of Mexico, as well as the rest of the country.

Our services include general counselling in the field of Labour and Employment law; client representation and processing of legal actions before any Labour authority; legal advice and intervention in the event of contract terminations; labour audits and due diligences; planning and implementation of transfer of personnel; consulting focused on closures, mergers or acquisitions of companies and its labour implications; proposition, planning and follow-up of labour strategies, since the incorporation of companies and during their active operation; updates regarding fulfilment of labour standards and internal work policies; elaboration of protocols, policies and compliance with Official Mexican Standards; as well elaboration of labour documentation; advising in the execution, review, legitimation and implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreements, as well as intervention in case of collective disputes direct intervention and legal representation in case of strikes.
