The 2025 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America recognize the professional excellence of 102,565 lawyers. These recognitions are based entirely on peer review. Our process is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical and legal practice areas.
Additional recognitions are also awarded to individual lawyers with the highest overall peer feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region in a Best Lawyers edition.
