Adam C. Kachurak joined Mannion Prior, LLP in September 2011. Adam primarily practices before the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas in matters involving estates, trusts, powers of attorney, and guardianships. Adam also advises corporations and individuals on issues related to their service as fiduciaries and their status as beneficiaries and other interested parties.
Adam has been included in the 2018 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America© for his work in Litigation - Trusts and Estates. Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Before joining Mannion Prior, Adam was an associate with the estate and asset planning group of an Am Law 100 law firm, where he practiced primarily in the areas of wealth planning, administration, and fiduciary litigation.
Adam received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2008 from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of Student Work for the Villanova Law Review and was selected for membership in the Order of the Coif. He is a 2005 graduate, with High Distinction, of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. Adam has served as faculty for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Bar Associations and the Probate Section Orphans’ Court Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Adam is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
