Adrienne Funk maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice, including contractual, commercial, insurance, construction and regulatory disputes. She has experience with judicial reviews and administrative law matters, as well as drafting complex legal opinions, court applications, briefs and facta. Adrienne has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, and before the Supreme Court of Canada. She also taught as a sessional instructor in Employment Law at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law for four years.
Prior to joining the firm, Adrienne articled to The Honourable Mister Justice Frans Slatter at the Alberta Court of Appeal. Adrienne obtained her LL.M. from the University of Chicago in 2018, focusing on constitutional law and judicial behavior, and was the recipient of the Law Society of Alberta's Viscount Bennett Scholarship for her studies there. She received her
