Ana Mª Álvarez

Ana Álvarez is a lawyer who specialises in the areas of Civil and Procedural Law, Construction, Real Estate and Planning Law and New Technologies. Her duties include providing legal advice both to individuals and to companies, along with the initiation and pursuit of legal actions and the provision of assistance at court hearings.

On the urban planning side, she specialises in the study and drafting of reports on the planning conditions that apply to land and its subsequent development. She has performed all the duties required of a company secretary, and has acted as both Chair and Administrator on Landowner Bodies. She has drafted all kinds of contracts relating to the completion of development planning works and the monitoring of the construction phase during such works.

Her training and extensive experience have made her a specialist in real estate and construction law.
