She has extensive experience in European Union Law and has taken part in presenting numerous proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union related to all types of issues (EU Commission decisions on cartels, freedom to set prices in air services, anti-money laundering, consumer, energy, and banking resolution). Ana María has also participated in multiple cases related to State Aid, including presenting reports before the European Commission, the preliminary stage after the initiation of the formal investigation procedure by the European Commission and the judicial phase before the Court of Justice of the European Union. She has also participated in proceedings before the Administrative Board of Review of the European Central Bank.
Her activity also encompasses Administrative Law. She advises different regulated sectors and judicial claims on cases related to public works contracts, subsidies and state aid, state liability and public procurement. Career Ana María Rodríguez joined Pérez-Llorca in 2012.
