Andy Voss is a health care corporate attorney with extensive experience in complex transactions within a wide-range of health care industry subsectors. His national practice focuses on business formations, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, commercial transactions, transaction disputes, outside counsel representation and related health care regulatory matters. Andy’s corporate and health care expertise, along with his background as a licensed physical therapist, allow him to provide practical solutions and innovative advice to assist clients in achieving their ultimate business goals.
