Anthony Glenn works with employers to find solutions to the challenges presented by the ever-expanding regulation of the 21st Century workplace. From strategic counseling, to negotiation and drafting of employment and labor agreements, to litigation and arbitration, Anthony brings a range of knowledge and experience to the table to partner with employers to accomplish their objectives.
Anthony has experience counseling clients on a number of issues pertaining to both traditional labor and employment law.
He has defended numerous employers facing litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and similar state and local agencies.
This experience includes defending against allegations that the employer violated wage and hour laws, defending termination decisions from a charge of discrimination, and litigating disputes regarding employee non-compete agreements and trade secret disputes.
Anthony also has deep traditional labor relations experience with the National Labor Relations Act, which aids him in acting as a skilled partner to both union and non-union employers. From the union employer facing arbitration or negotiations to the non-union employer facing a union organizing drive, Anthony is dedicated to bringing a strategic and creative perspective to the table.
In addition, Anthony regularly advises employers dealing with the broad range of employee-related situations that arise. This includes termination and discipline decisions, employee leave management situations, accommodation of employee disabilities, and general compliance with the patchwork of federal, state and local laws.
