Brad’s practice is devoted to employment law, short- and long-term disability benefits disputes against insurers, motor vehicle accident claims, and occupiers’ liability cases on behalf of disabled and injured individuals and their families. Brad also represents both male and female survivors of sex assault/abuse by teachers, coaches, religious leaders, and foster parents across Ontario.

Brad also holds membership and leadership roles at several legal and community organizations, and is regularly invited to chair, or speak and lecture at their events and seminars, including the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), the Advocates’ Society, the Ontario Bar Association, and others.

Brad holds a Certificate in Litigation, Dispute Resolution and the Administration of Justice from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Brad has been recognized as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario, he has also been included to the list of Best Lawyers in Canada in its annual listing as of 2020.
