Brad practices as a Mediator, Arbitrator and Collaborative lawyer. He is a partner with the family law firm of Moe Hannah LLP in Calgary, Alberta.
His practice assists clients in negotiating out-of-court settlements, mediation, collaborative law, arbitration, and litigation.
Brad teaches Negotiation as a sessional at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law. He was an invited panelist for LESA on Advanced Matrimonial Property issues and Mediation.
Brad completed his LLB at the University of Alberta in 2000, called to the Alberta Bar in 2001, and completed his Master in Law (LLM), in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Law School in June 2016.
Brad served on several boards and organizations including Chair of the Association of Collaborative Professionals Calgary, Chair of the Distress Centre Calgary, and past Board Member with Veterans Transition Network. Brad is currently part of the executive with the Canadian Bar Association – Family Law South subsection.
He is appointed to act as a Dispute Resolution officer at the Calgary Courts Center, and is appointed to the Mediation Roster with the Calgary Police Service.
Brad is an invited instructor for South African mediation training program, presenting introductory mediation and online mediation skills. He is also currently the chair of the family law south CBA section.
