Brett Beter is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He is a member of the healthcare, gaming, and sports and entertainment industry teams and a member of the firm’s offshore wind initiative. Brett represents publicly traded and private buyers and sellers in connection with a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; joint ventures; reorganizations; changes of ownership; and other complex matters that often involve multiple parties. In addition, he advises clients on a range of day-to-day corporate governance matters. A skilled negotiator, Brett helps owners and investors assess potential deal risks and develop practical solutions that address all parties’ needs while achieving his clients’ goals.
