Catherine-Anne Goldrick is an associate within the Real Estate law group in Montreal. Her practice focuses primarily on transactional real estate law and infrastructure. As such, Catherine-Anne represents owners, financial institutions, government entities, landlords and tenants in the context of purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, public-private partnerships and leasing matters. As part of her practice, Catherine-Anne drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, security documents, leases and related documentation.
Catherine-Anne graduated with great distinction in civil law from the University of Ottawa. While a student, Catherine-Anne spent time as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore. After receiving her civil law degree, she completed a Juris Doctor at the Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in law from McGill University.
Catherine-Anne spent many years competing in downhill skiing and also enjoys running and cycling in her spare time.
Before joining the firm in 2017, Catherine-Anne practised with a large international firm in Montreal.
