Mr. Weinheimer works at the Firm's Munich office. He began his career in 1994 with the US law firm Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P in New York. After returning to Germany he worked for the Munich office of the law firm Schiessl, Schrank & Partner and then moved to our Firm's Munich office.
Since having been admitted as an attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) Mr. Weinheimer has worked in construction and property law. He is a member of the Property and Construction Law Practice Group. Mr. Weinheimer specialises in advising on property sale and purchase transactions, advising construction groups and property developers on private construction law (drafting contracts, on site advice, advising on disputes), advising property developers on public law and private law (e.g. construction planning law, building regulations, purchase contracts, the German Act on the Ownership of Apartments (WEG), land law, the law governing architects), advising public contract-awarding authorities and bidders on procurement law and in conducting litigation.
