My focusI focus my practice on commercial, intellectual property, and other complex business disputes, representing clients in various industries in all phases of litigation. I ensure matters run efficiently and effectively by conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, reviewing and propounding discovery, and drafting motions and legal summaries and recommendations. Throughout the litigation process, I continuously seek comprehensive solutions to reduce costs and protect my clients, and I strive to maximize value by understanding the issues they are facing and the industry in which they operate.
Looking aheadAlternative dispute resolution (ADR) has become a priority avenue for clients. It will be increasingly important to be proficient with ADR, and to balance the benefits of ADR with more aggressive litigation strategies to achieve best results for clients.- E-mail: cmcnamara@nixonpeabody.com
