Danielle Teutonico is an attorney in our Litigation Section. She works on a wide-range of commercial matters in both state and federal court.
Currently, Danielle is on the Fishman Haygood team representing nine Arizona-based firefighters who contracted testicular cancer through exposure to Aqueous Film-Forming Foams (AFFFs) containing in firefighting foams. On the defense side, Danielle represents GoAuto Insurance Company in two class actions regarding valuation of total loss vehicles pending in Louisiana State courts.
Prior to arriving at Fishman Haygood, Danielle was a litigation associate at Goodwin Procter in New York City. She worked in products liability, white collar criminal defense, securities litigation, commercial litigation, as well as arbitrations and mediations. She also represented pro bono clients in asylum and citizenship matters.
Danielle received her law degree, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2018, where she served as the Senior Research Editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and an Honor Board Justice. She also served as a writing fellow for the first year legal research and writing course and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy.
Danielle is a member of the Association for Women Attorneys.
