David B. Kierans

David Kierans is a partner in the firm's Montréal office and sits on the office’s Management Committee. David practises in corporate and commercial law with particular emphasis on secured lending, real estate acquisition and finance and asset-backed financing. He has, among other activities, acted for financial institutions with respect to mortgage loan investments, equity investments in real estate and other assets, disposition of assets, structured financing transactions involving aircraft, public and para-public infrastructure programs, consumer-oriented financing products (credit cards, leasing and condition sale contracts), cross-border transactions involving financing of equipment and syndication of financial product portfolios.
