David I. "Dave" Johnson

David Johnson is Co-Leader of Fasken's Banking and Finance group. Dave routinely advises both lenders and borrowers on complex corporate and commercial debt financings in both Canada and abroad.

Dave has substantial experience leading lending transactions across a wide range of industries including power and utilities, manufacturing, financial services, mining, telecommunications, real estate, food services, automotive, agriculture and retail. He is extensively involved in the area of leveraged finance with a particular focus on private equity sponsored transactions.

Dave has been engaged to execute bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and debt offerings ranging in size from a few million dollars to more than $6 billion.
