David Anderson concentrates his practice on employment and business litigation disputes. David counsels employers on virtually all employee relations issues.

He regularly guides leave management and discipline and discharge decisions, investigates potential claims of harassment, discrimination, fraud and theft, and defends clients facing claims under Title VII, the National Labor Relations Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act among other federal and state laws. David practices both in federal and state court and routinely appears before numerous administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and National Labor Relations Board.

David also provides clients with advice and counsel on a wide-range of business litigation matters, including the enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. In such matters, David frequently seeks and opposes temporary and permanent injunctive and other relief on behalf of his clients.

Early in his career, David worked in-house for a major petroleum and convenience store retailer where he provided day-to-day employment and business litigation advice, led trainings, and drafted policies and procedures to mitigate risk. This experience positions David well to provide sound legal advice with practical business objectives in mind.
