Dr Dirk Tuttlies is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Munich office and head of the Banking/Finance & Capital Markets practice group. His area of expertise comprises every type of advice on corporate and capital markets law of listed companies. In corporate law he advises companies especially on the conduct of general meetings, capital measures and on post-listing requirements, i.e. ad hoc disclosure, insider dealing, directors’ dealings and notification on shareholding. Furthermore, Dr Dirk Tuttlies specialises in all capital market transactions such as IPO’s/SPO’s, private placements, rights offers, convertible bonds, corporate bonds as well as public takeover offers and SPAC’s. He advises his national and international clients, especially Chinese and other foreign companies on listings/IPO’s on German stock exchanges.
