Emily represents a wide range of clients from governmental entities to large corporations and publicly traded companies. Major clients she has worked for include Clark County, Clark County Department of Aviation, McCarran Airport, SunAmerica Housing Fund 1585, police officers of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, NML Capital, Ltd, Boyd Gaming, Wynn/Encore, Caesars Entertainment Corporation and City of Henderson.
Emily is frequently tapped to join trial teams due to her advanced legal writing skills. She has litigated before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Nevada Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County Nevada – Civil and Family Division.
