Dr Erik Schmid is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT‘s Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. His area of expertise comprises rendering advice on individual and collective labour law to German and international companies and representing them in court nationwide. Dr Schmid advises his clients particularly on issues and structures in connection with entrepreneurial co-determination (e.g., companies with more than 500 or 2,000 employees, or European Companies), on restructurings (such as outsourcing, transfer of business, closure), as well as on works constitution law and collective bargaining issues.
