Fernando Bedoya

Fernando joined Pérez-Llorca in 2009 after having worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for 4 years. He made partner in 2018. He is an expert in commercial litigation and arbitration and has dealt with energy, banking law, construction law, lease contracts, agency and distribution contracts, industrial agreements, share claims, civil liability and tort, corporate directors’ liability, engineering contracts, and annulment of corporate resolutions. Fernando has experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration, both institutional and ad hoc. He has participated in important arbitrations held before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and in domestic arbitrations before entities such as the Arbitration Court of Madrid (CAM) and The Commercial and Civil Arbitration Court (CIMA).
