Practice Areas

Litigation. Fernando has extensive experience in judicial and arbitral proceedings including litigation before the Public Administration and public sector entities, primarily in disputes related to public works contracts, and private litigation mainly in matters related to Unfair Competition and liability actions for damages based on the infringement of Competition Law. Fernando also has extensive experience advising clients on all matters of Public Law. Specifically, he advises on public procurement, tenders, public domain goods, infrastructures, subsidies, as well as on the regulated transport sector and procurement online.

Career

Fernando Mingo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2008, shortly after finishing his studies. He was made counsel in January 2020.
