Francis W. Yook focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation and has significant experience handling a variety of civil work, including real estate, product liability, mass torts, and environmental matters. Francis clerked for Judge Edward S. Kiel in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Judge Lisa A. Firko in the New Jersey Superior Court. Before joining Walsh, he was an associate at a large regional law firm.

Francis is the Immediate Past President of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, Inc., and served as the organization’s President for the 2023-2024 term. He presently serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity In the Profession Committee for the Bergen County Bar Association, and is an associate of the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court. Francis previously served on the Fort Lee Zoning Board of Adjustment, and as attorney for the Palisades Park Planning Board. He obtained his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and his English degree from Boston University.
