Gagandeep "Gagan" Khosa

As a member of the Specialty Litigation Group in Vancouver, Gagan advises clients in a wide variety of litigation matters in court and in various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

With a commitment to providing outstanding service, Gagan assists clients with a wide variety of complex, multi-go liability, banking, construction, aviation and commercial litigation matters.

Gagan first joined Fasken as a Seconded Articling Student after initially articling at a crown corporation and later became an Associate in 2018. Since joining Fasken, Gagan has advocated on behalf of his clients in the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration and mediation.
